FLOOR WAXING

Regular waxing preserves flooring by protecting it from scratches, marks, nicks, spills, and stains. It can also diminish the appearance of grooves and faults in wood flooring. How often a floor should be waxed depends on the type of flooring, the wear and tear present, and the amount of traffic it regularly experiences. Waxing is beneficial to many different types of flooring including concrete, ceramic, vinyl, and more. After waxing, the floor is buffed and polished to shine once again.

VINYL FLOOR STRIP & RESEAL

This process includes stripping old wax from floor, edges of door frames and baseboards and then apply a sealer with wax of four to five coats. Also removing of the old sealer and applying new coats of sealer to the floor in several layers. The purpose of the sealer is to safeguard the floor against scratches. We use safe, superior quality and fast-acting floor stripping solutions that are specifically designed for the removal of floor polishes and sealers from vinyl and terrazzo floors.

SCRUB & SPRAY BUFF

OZY CLEANING Provides scrubbing to the floor surface and apply two coats of wax. This process is performed when there is enough wax on the floors and they have yet to turn yellow but have scratches or marks in the surface. Where as Buffing includes damp mopping of the floor, lightly spray mixture of wax and water and then machine buff.
